What we collect

• Planner: nothing. The planner runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
• Quote requests: the details you type (name, email, phone, route, cities, pet details, travel month, notes), the date, the page you came from, and your country as reported by our hosting provider.
• Analytics: if enabled, cookieless, aggregate page-view statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible). No advertising cookies.

Why and how we use it

Only to reply to your request and, with your go-ahead, to introduce you to the relocation agencies you choose. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

• Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the tools we use to receive requests (an automation service and a spreadsheet).
• Relocation agencies you choose, and only those.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your travel month, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing contact@thepetpedia.com. This applies under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws where you live.
