Do pet parents ever pay?
No. Pet parents use the site, the planner and introductions for free. Agencies pay us a referral fee only if you hire them, and that never changes the rules we publish.
Can I use the public API in a commercial product?
Not without a licence. Public data is for personal and non-commercial use with attribution.
